I just purchased Michelin Carbon Tires 25mm and will be installing them in the spring. These will be my first set of 25mm tires, which will be going on my Merlin Extralight. The Vittoria tires are 24mm and after 30 minutes of riding feel good and handles the craters, potholes on the streets of Chicago. My Veloflex feel more like the sew-ups I rode many years ago and their great in all kinds of weather and can handle the variable road conditions on Chicago's streets!
