Mystery top end frame

Hi all,
Its been a while since I have been online after moving back to Sydney from Amsterdam. I went out to purchase a couple or bikes for parts and one of the is unique. There is no serial numbers i can see anywhere, however on the top side of the bottom bracket there is a BCM or BCH stamped on it and the cable guide on the bottom bracket is Vitus. Columbus on the forks and rear wheel. It also looks like it was powder coated and the original color looks like various colors as it shows red, blue and yellow under the powder coat. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
