The paint looks done and there's so many missing parts that there's no way I'd buy this.
+1 Unless you already have most of the stuff needed to build the bike. If not, a pocket full of cash will prove to be a very necessary restoration tool. Put another way, you would be much better served to buy a complete bicycle and use that as a starting point.
