Shimano Ultegra 6800 Cransket Question

I currently have a Shimano Ultegra 6800 (11 Speed) group set on a Giant carbon frame with a press fit bottom bracket. I am moving the components to a Lynskey R265 frame with a threaded, 68mm bottom bracket. A mechanic at a LBS said that I would have to purchase a new crankset because the current one will not work. He said the spindle is a different size. When I purchased the 11 speed group set to replace the original 10 speed group set, I don't remember having to specify what type of bottom bracket I would be using. Also, I have researched online and can't find where I can buy a crankset specifically for a press fit bottom bracket.

Was I misinformed by the LBS mechanic? Any insight and enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
