you will need a bottom bracket adapter if you are to use a 24mm crankset on a bb30 frame.
there are multiple options

if you already have bearings install on the new frame

sorry, since you are moving to a threaded BSA frame, all you need is a standard shimano outboard bearing BB.

You really need to go to a different shop.
