that's true, but still pisses me off when the j-walk without looking right infront of you... or when you're blasting down the road and despite the don't walk sign and my green light two group of peds cross the street at the same time, leaving you nowhere to go but a curb or into them. They do this in boston... I get it every effing day.
That said, what he did was not necessary and I do not agree with it.
