No, for all the reasons posted above. If it were mine and things were assembled and ridden, I would spend more time worrying about "What's next?". @
verktyg hit the nail on the head with the damage at the cable entry port, its already weakened, and now its a big question mark. Sorry if this pops a balloon, but the construction QCM/quality engineer, and failure analysis of steel fabrications, for over 26 years, says nope.
