A bicycle crash 2 weeks ago sent me to the hospital, even I know peeing blood is not a good sign The way I landed I jammed my elbow into my spleen, rupturing it. Before they took it out I had no idea where it was and what it did, but suddenly I was really missing it. I am thankful it was not worse, but the 6 days in the hospital made me appreciate who I have in life even more.
I am very thankful for my beautiful wife, 3 great teenage kids, healthy parents, brother and some very good friends.
I'm very thankful you are recovering from the emergency surgery, this could have been a much worse ending had you not made the right choice. Take thing safe and easy for a while, listen to your body about getting restarted.
Been in the same position, but a different organ, you will be in my prayers and thoughts.
