I didn't know there was a river there either, much less the mighty James. Definitely "creek" size at that point. It is a big river by the time it rolls through Richmond. By the time it hits the Williamsburg/Jamestown/Tidewater area, it is full fledged "big body of water" size with enough room to moor the Navy's Ghost Fleet.
