Thanks. Actually, I believe this ^. It's just that the "discerning eye" and "careful attention" are rare across the population. So what you typically see are ghastly matchy-matchy color combinations or noisy orange-burgundy clatterings that are at best...disturbing. To pull this off, you need the eye of a artist. Few have it.
