Chrome fork, lack of seat post binding bolt, decal on fork. Like other things in life, you get what you pay for, worth the asking price.

Miyata 310 is at the lower end of the Miyata line. It is a good value at 1/2 price of Peugeot and will perform adequately as a commuter. Just not quite as spirited a bike to ride.
