I might have one that would work buried somewhere. I have a 63 cm Concorde Aquila that I was briefly using a Tange fork on (so it might have a long enough steerer). I quit using it because there was probably 2 mm at best clearance between the bottom of the brake caliper (campagnolo veloce) and a 23 mm tire on 23 mm rims (never measured, but, when a ride would take a detour onto a damp dirt road, the layer of sand grains that stuck to the tires was enough to rub on the brake annoyingly). Very nondescript Tange, so not your first choice, but, if you can't find anything better, send me a PM and I'll hunt it down and measure the steerer and axle to crown.
