Where do you live? If you can find a junior team. If not, join an adult team.

Sleep is one of the best things you can do along with diet.
Rollers are good.

2 days/week of speed work for even 20-30 min is good.
Most junior races are just shorter. Miles in legs matter, but not as much as a junior. More focus on sleeping right, eating right and some power work. That, and race anyway, even if you don't do as well as you want.

Having dad's support is huge.

If you have access to a gym and knowledgeable people that can keep you from getting hurt - another plus. Ideal gym age might be in a couple years.
