I might be wrong but I thought the ad mentioned he had the shifters? If not, figure you're on the hook for $150 more for that, bar tape, cables and housing, and someone to install it all, unless you are comfortable doing the work.
Other than that, good alloy frame, Shimano 105 parts...if he has the shifters even better. I'd definitely try to talk the price down
