I don't think this would make sense. In order to use eTap, you need to be able to use both left and right shifters to operate the rear deraileur (one for up, one down). Then you press both at the same time to move the front deraileur.
So I am not sure how you would make all of that work AND be able to use a front deraileur. I suppose you could figure something out, but why bother?
