I also wonder why someone would be posting on a bike forum rather than be with his wife at this time. If the OP is still here, I suggest he consider what his wife will think when she learns that you didn't rush to be with her, either before or immediately after finding her glasses.

Otherwise everything else is premature. You have no information about the nature or extent of her injuries, and for all you know they may turn out to be minor.
