I presume by "rotating parts" you are referring to the drive train. It looks like you've got excellent 600 components on there, and my first guess is that a tune up, new cables, and pads, would clear up any issues you might be experiencing. (Barring, of course jacked up bearings.) What exactly are you experiencing? The folks on this forum are excellent sources of information, and are more than willing to walk you through the process... not to mention, there's a great deal of satisfaction doing this sort of thing yourself.
