I'm such a fan of that Fuji designed really great, handsome bikes in the 80's, I always getting excited when I see one. But...closer look and one is missing the post and saddle, both have ruined handlebars and no hoods and I only see one chainring on both, so it looks like someone monkeyed with the drivetrain. SO, if where you live is a desert that never produces vintage bike, and you've got the spare time, knock youself out, lots of cool parts and a couple of frames. If vintage bikes come up where you are, maybe pass on those.
