My late wife was into color. She got her masters in color photography and ended up as a product developer after years as a printing manager. She taught me that a near miss of color combos was far worse then a purposeful difference. Just think of all those Bianchis with almost but not quite celeste versions (paint, saddle, tape and others).
I would be hesitant to trust a color name by it's self as a matching guide. best to have the component in hand and then match. Andy
