I was hopeful. But I don't know if I'll ever get it. It's still in China somewhere. Not at US customs yet. It's only a 20 hour flight from China to NY. So I'm very confused as I have their sales manager claiming it was shipped on the 11th. It's the 23rd now. 12 days for a 20 hr flight to NY? Really?

This is how every express shipment I've had from overseas. 1-2 days for product from retailer to shipper and processing for overseas shipping. 1-2 days at US customs. 1-3 days for USPS to deliver. Longest I've had for express shipping is 7 days including weekends.

But this isn't even at customs yet. At best, if it was at customs, I still have a 4 day wait.
