Companies go out of business all the time, as trends change..
Interestingly they had a way to change the motion of the suspension to more parallel to the rim at the brake pad, to keep the pad
over the rim,
and for the disc mount they used the 4 bolt Rohloff pattern, (which is a 4 bolt MTB chain ring pattern) for the bigger hole in the center..
