Rossin Identification Help
Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me to identify this Rossin model and value.

From my research it looks like a 80s Rossin Record but some things don't match up.

I'm thinking it wasn't built up until early 90s due to the parts? (Mix of Shimano and Campag)

It also has a 27.0 Sakae seatpost so it's either the wrong size or it's not a SL Rossin Record.

Thoughts?
