I have 3, only 2 of which I ride frequently but they do double duties. Fixed gear set up for utility, commuting, casual riding and designated rain bike, road bike for recreation, training and fair weather commuting. Had I any inclination I'd race on it.
Third bike is more of a beater. It feels more than anything that I have one too many ... although I think I "need" a folder.
