Has about 8-10 miles of fairly technical hilly paved and gravel bike trails running through it, a couple lakes, some camp grounds, lots of geese, an outdoor bandshell I sometimes work at, a nature center, some buffalo.... Also depending on the time of year cyclocross racing, and junior and high-school cross country races/training.
Lots of rather technical riding...best done either at dawn or during the work day with any kind of speed...as if it is nice out, people tend to be everywhere.
