If you repack the hubs... Great if races and cones are in perfect condition (take a photo as evidence). But, otherwise, you've "seen" the damage, and should disclose.
Of course, that is also why so much garbage gets sold on E-Bay. Sellers don't want to put in the effort to verify condition.
Yeah, me too, but I doubt that's the case for 90% of buyers.
