Yea It aint a Recumbent , and quite foreign.. you are on your own

Doubt Old folks [50+] and utility section wont have a trike from japan owners experience either..

try writing to japan.? maybe internet websites can translate to their language?

here those adult upright trikes tend to have all the wheels same size,
the smaller back ones seems a nice center of gravity lowering..

expect only 1 rear wheel to be driven, that's typical. once it's in your house

see if a Bike Shop can freshen it up with cleaning greasing and making the brakes work adequately

new tires etc etc..
