I'd recommend cut n stich yourself. Most cities have a leather shop or 4, check the odd cut barrel for deals.
Or spend a buck or two more and get whatever you want. I've got some leather scraps kicking about that are waiting for the right set of bars to come along. hint- a good leather store will have a few dozen colours to choose from, no need to stick to brown iffn ya don't want. A great leather store will have hundreds of colours.

just look at the interwebbin for instructions on how to make a purty seam like that, there are other stiches to use too. I don't want to bore you, half the fun is figuring it out for a good look. be sure and wet your leather before stitching, no need to make it as wide as your bars, slide it on wet ! and let it dry 24 hours w/out jacking with it.
