I ride fasted in the morning to work (~15kms). When I get there I have a bowl of granola, fruit and honey with a cup of tea. Mid-morning I have a cereal bar or a fruit snack on my desk.

For my evening ride home I try to avoid eating in the 2hrs right before my ride. I'm usually OK with lunch.
