I work with a bunch of railroad engineers--the design type, not the locomotive type. A few years ago, one of the senior guys whipped out a slide rule to make a quick calculation of something. My jaw nearly hit the desk. Guy also wears a pocket protector with several different color pens in it. I think he's in his early 60s.
