I wouldn't offer a dime as I don't believe we're looking at a genuine Tommasini. C'mon, Tommi owners - ever see that treatment at rear DO/stay attachment? That seat lug doesn't look thinned enough, haven't seen that cutout on any Tommasini variation. Tommasini didn't offer but top-o-the-line frames. This isn't quite there.
