That rim strip is not tubeless. Just use some Stan's 21mm tape. Use 2 wraps. The rims aren't tubeless ready but it shouldn't be too much trouble to get it set up and inflated anyway. I've done it many times with those rims.
Can't help too much with the software question. I record on an Edge 520, then the magical bluetooth thing puts it on Garmin Connect, from there I export the ride file to desktop and then import into PowerAgent. A few steps, but very very easy. If your bike computer is connected to your computer, you can copy the file from bike computer onto your desk top by click and drag, then import from desktop into PowerAgent.
