The FSA is a "compact" crank (110 mm BCD) and the Ultegra is a "standard road" crank (130 mm BCD) so they aren't directly comparable. Shimano will have a compact crank available soon. For my money, I'd stick with Shimano and wait for their compact if that's what you want.
