My vote is for '82 or '83 Super. Note single set of bottle cage bosses. It should have crimped chain stays. The shifters, post, and cranks are Victory, which didn't come out until 1985.
I agree with the valuation above. Cleaned up, frame and fork alone could get $450-600.
