I like the thought of blue Chris Kings. I actually used the turquoise ones on a matte black BMC build a few months ago and 7-8 riders have commented on them. They do stand out without being too garish. I also love the sound. The DT240s get a bit loud so will have to quieten those down. The Chris Kings don't ever get annoyingly loud but can be quietened down with a light touch of their ring lube. I think my next wheelset will be Zipps or Enves but undecided on hubs. I am not sure that the 454 new hubs are going to be more dependable or durable. The 188/88s were a relative disaster. Were the 177/77s much better?
