Searching around, I did find this directory at Saris. The most recent version linked on the PowerTap Web site is 7.9.14 for Windows, maybe the same for Mac OS X. However in the directory linked from Saris, it has 7.9.20, dated 6/27/2017. It still doesn't work; I tried attaching mine with the battery in and out, and still get the error in re: connecting to the firmware server. But 7.9.20 did recognize my hub and when I tried "configure device" told me that my firmware was such-and-such. [...]
