Appears it may be an early 1960's Model B.
Readers would be able to give more information with some drive side and detail pictures.
Would expect the width of the frame's bottom bracket shell to be 74mm. They employed this size up through about 1967. One downside is that it makes finding replacement spindles a challenge.
Possible we may be looking at original paint. Orange was one of the "house colours."
