Assuming that to be true, the poll results will be greatly skewed on the question that I am presuming from the other thread which would be:
Whether people cross solid yellow lines to pass cyclists.
In Texas (and I believe most US states) the law doesn't differentiate bikes from other vehicles, and neither does this poll. The no passing zone applies to all of them. If someone rarely or frequently passes bikes in a no passing zone, they should answer this poll "rarely" or "frequently".
