Fun race overall, teammate got 2nd. But I seem to have left my legs at home cuz I was hurting waaay too much for a sub threshold NP. Probably should have taken it easier on the first couple laps though.
If I was your coach, we'd take a hard look at your training schedule. (that's my guess as to why you were tired)
