And yes, you will need to adjust the b screw - typically for "small" cassettes like an 11-23, you'd adjust it so the clearance is good on the 11 cog, but for a 11-32 cassette, you'll want to get the clearance right at the 32 tooth cog.
Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a go Fri/Sat when the cassette arrives and take some pictures. Maybe that could help others. If it all goes to pieces I have the Ultegra 11-28 to put on the new wheelset
