The online bluebook is a place to sometimes get specs, like bikepedia, and to sometimes get a very general idea of market pricing subject to heavy verification.
I like Lemonds and am always watching for a Reno or NevadaCity or Tourmalet from that time period that fits whatever my current budget is at the moment. I'm a little long in the torso so Lemond's geometry often suits me well enough.
