The CXC aero style pedals looks out of place on the bike. They were standard on many mid 80's Peugeots, but that bike seems to either be from the late 70's to very early 80's era. Pedals likely a later add-on.
My 82 PH10S had the same stem shifters.
So bike is most likely a frankenbike built up partly with French components not standard to the frameset.
