TW, I did intervals up to the top of Diablo two Saturdays ago... then it started, the freezing rain. On the way down, my teammate said I turned purple. I sure descended slowly -- shivering so hard you're shaking will do that to you. Got back to my teammate's place and sat on the trainer for another 1.5 hrs. Hope you have nicer weather!

(Some years I go to L.A. to visit my parents and do the Mt. Wilson ride on Jan 1. That's even more climbing -- about 8000m -- with snow on the top. This year we'll be there but only for two days, so no bikes, no riding. Will think about you on New Year's Day!)
