Unless you are matching a Dura Ace group, Suntour Superbe might be good. I rode a pair for 30 years then my son rode for 2 years on a fixed gear that he left out in weather occasionally and they are still silky smooth.
...in case anyone's interested, MKS is now producing a knock off of these that is well made and available online pretty cheaply.
