Stamped dropouts, nutted wheels, steel rims. $80 is about right depending on your area. In a large college town, possibly a little more.

But this is assuming it's fully tuned and ready to go, otherwise probably less. Love the fade paint job. Shoguns are decent bikes, but this is one of their lower-end models. Foam handlebar tape screams of the 70's. But at least it has a cotterless crank, many bikes of the 70's and 80's had cottered cranks, which are a pain to deal with IMO.
