I hope this is a result of camera distortion, but the flaked paint on the top tube suggests the possibility of damage. If the frame is bent, the value will be dramatically lowered. As for value, assuming no structural damage, I really can't say unless I know where the OP is located and how strong the vintage bicycle market is there...
