Hi All, I am looking forward to getting some great advice on this forum. I have recently lost some weight and I am looking for ways to make sure I maintain it. I want to bike year round so I have bought a very cool Trixter spinning bike for the winter and I have two Fuji Touring Series III bikes that I want to merge into one.
