I would definitely snatch that up at $99. T-Mar of course is spot on and the Celeste color makes this a '90. The whole frame is Prestige in Superset 2 so the DT is a little oversized.
It looks like the '58cm frame and with the highr BB it will likely fit more like a 59 or 60.
The 58 rides like a 60. I top tube is not level either and 60 was the level top tube length. I owned a 58 cm recently that I picked up for around a $100 as well. I'd love to find one in my size.
