My current folder is a BF NWT. I ordered a base spec model and upgraded everything afterwards as it worked out much more affordable - and I have all these spares now

Chris King head set
Avid 7 levers with Avid Ti V brakes and Avid Flak jackets
SRAM X0 Grip shift with X0 rear mech
Dura Ace BB triple
Ultegra crankset triple
Frog Speedplays (after trying EVERYTHING !!!)
BF splitable flat bars with Ritchey WCS bar ends
selection of SRAM, XT and DA rear cassettes - upgraded from 8 to 9spd
SRAM PC89 chain with Powerlink
Ultegra front mech
Wheel set 1
- front SON Schmidt dyno hub 32h, DT SS 14g spokes, Velocity razor rim
- rear Dura Ace 32h, DT SS 14g spokes, Velocity Razor rim
Wheel set 2
- front Pantour Prolite suspension hub, Wheelsmith SS 14g spokes, Velocity razor rim
- rear Ultegra 32h, Wheelsmith SS 14g spokes, Velocity Razor rim
Thudbuster seatpost
Brooks Swift Ti saddle
front low rider rack
rear folding rack
Profile Designs Aqua rack
Arkel panniers front and back
Robert Beckman Designs panniers on their way!

I'm pretty pleased with the bike but always wonder what a Rohloff version would have been like...

Picture shows bike with original X3.0 rear mech - worn out after 20K kms, no front rack, and Time ATACs.
