It might be pretty hard to find now but several years ago Campy made road triples that were 10 speed. I have one on one of my bikes, but I am using 8 speed chains on it. I bought the 10 speed crank because it was the only one I saw available at the time. The Campy triples have 74mm BCD for the granny gear, I am using 24T granny gear.

I took the attached photo in 2010, it is the Veloce level triple, it is labled 10 speed and I am using an aftermarket 24T granny gear.

The Campy triples take a different square taper (ISO) than most other brands that use (JIS). Thus you should use a Campy bottom bracket. The Campy bottom brackets use their own design for installation wrench, but the Orign8 bottom brackets that have the Campy taper use the same installation tool as the Shimano UN55 bottom brackets. For that reason in the future I plan to only buy the Origin8 bottom brackets for my four bikes that have Campy square taper triples.

Another possibility is Spa. I do not know if the Spa triples take 10 speed or not. Send them an e-mail and if you do you should also ask how much shipping to your location would be.
