I started using a sleep mask and have a ceiling fan running to keep the air moving and temp constant. This has helped a ton with the quality of my sleep.

If you get a mask, make sure you get one that has some space over your eyes. The first one I had was flat and it wasn't comfortable and my vision was a little blurry when I got up in the morning.
